Photo Release Policy

I hereby authorize Cat Lovers Calendar, hereafter referred to as CLC, to publish photographs that I, the undersigned, have taken of my cat(s) and/or dog(s) for whom I care for and am responsible for as their owner(s), to use in any CLC publication, including those that are printed, published on the CLC website, or in mobile apps, whether in one or multiple publications.

I understand that CLC will only publish in those publications, apps, and sites that I have indicated on the previous page. I fully understand that restricting the number of publication options reduces the chances of my photo being selected by the Cat Lovers Calendar editorial committee.

I attest that I have full authorization to consent to the publication of photos that I, the undersigned, submit to CLC. Furthermore, I hereby release and hold harmless Cat Lovers Calendar from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with any and all images submitted to CLC.

I further acknowledged that neither I nor any other party, who may share ownership (whether in the past or future) of the feline(s) or canine(s) depicted in said photos, will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the publication of photographs in CLC publications.

I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever, and that my participation is voluntary.

I hereby release Cat Lovers Calendar, its staff, its volunteers, its contractors, and/or any third parties involved in the creation or publication of products or marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my submissions.
